I2MTCIEEE International Instrumentation & Measurement Technology Conference)是IEEE仪器与测量协会的旗舰会议。该会议专注于先进的测量方法、测量系统、仪器仪表和传感器在各种科学与技术领域中的运用。这些特征使得I2MTC成为一个独一无二的并且在仪器与测量领域中的最重要的会议之一。同时,I2MTC被作为促进学术界与工业界交流的催化剂。在会议中,将提出很多有可能在工业界运用或者是对工业界有所驱动的成果。

IEEE I2MTC大会自1986年以来每年都在世界各地举办,2019年将在新西兰奥克兰举行。这个会议每年聚集了超过400名与会者,包括来自学术界、本科生、研究生和博士生的代表、研究人员以及来自不同技术背景的行业的专业人士。

Title: Blade Tip Timing: from Raw Data to Parameters Identification

Abstract: Blade Tip Timing (BTT) methods have been increasingly implemented for blade health monitoring. However, most of them are based on the prior knowledge that is known. Since real BTT test usually takes out every resonance from the measured raw data manually.

Furthermore, BTT data analysis suffers from its inherent under-sampled and non-uniform shortcoming. In this paper, we present a simple yet effective method for BTT-based blade health monitoring. The method starts with an automatic resonance recognition, where cross-correlation and Savitzky Golay filter are used to locate the resonance region. Then an adaptively reweighted least-squares periodogram algorithm is designed to identify parameters of the resonant vibration. The effectiveness of the algorithm was tested using both simulation and real test data.
